The project assumes realization of the actions in following stages:
Preparation works:
a)elaboration of the report of impact on environment,
b)elaboration of construction project and executive projects,
c)acquisition of required by law administrative decisions
Realization of the project
construction of the system of monitoring of combustible parts in ash,
construction of the slag removal system from boiler K6 and K7 with the distance of transport about 48 metres as well as slag storage yard with a retention about 1200 Mg,
construction of the system of ash pneumatic transport from electrofilter of the boiler K5,
change in functioning of recovered transport and return water pools on furnace wastes tank,
construction of ash retention tank with capacity of 15 000 Mg,
construction of the system of compressed transport air with the purchase of additional compressor as well as construction of the system of pneumatic transport of ash with the length of about 200 running metres,
purchase of licences for IT system of management and installation steering,
receipt of installation and start up
Modernization of the installation of ash and slag removal enabling start of storage-free operation concerns installations and buildings in EC. The border of the order is the end of lot no.158/34 in the region of transport collectors node of the pulp localized at Pucka Street. On the place of the border of above mentioned lot all three collectors will be closed in the places of existing collar joints. Installation of pulp and return water pipelines route including the objects on storage yard will be stopped. Several years? exploitation of Elektrocieplownia Gdynska in storage-free system will be a directive to further process of total closure and liquidation of furnace wastes storage yard in Rewa.
